We're a team of darers, deliverers and customer champions turning the way the industry is run upside-down. There's over 100 of us coming from over 20 countries tackling one big problem.
Our work
We were the first people to make getting insured in minutes easy with our app. And we're growing our team to make insurance radically better using lightning-fast technology and people-driven solutions.
Whether you're a coder or a copywriter, there's always room at the table for people who care about fairness and fixing problems. You don't need any insurance experience, or even have to like it - but we all love insurance now.
How we do things
We’re dedicated to our values and creating a place where people want to work, a place where people believe in what they’re doing, have clear expectations and a bunch of freedom.
Our approach to hybrid working is very flexible: we only ask people to come a couple of times a month for team building or company events. The rest of the time it’s up to you where and how you work. You can of course come into the office as much as you like!
