Eligibility

Rewards are open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

Anyone who completes the survey in full will be entered into the prize draw.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Employees (and their immediate family or household members) of Cuvva and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and related companies and suppliers as well as its advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively the ‘Rewards Parties’) are not eligible to enter or win. ‘Immediate family members’ means parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, step siblings or spouses, regardless of where they live. ‘Household members’ means people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not.

Rewards are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Cuvva’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Rewards.

Schedule

The prize draw will close at midnight on 26 September 2022.

The draw will take place within 2 weeks of the survey closing. Winners will be notified via email by 10 October 2022 at the latest.

Cuvva will randomly select 4 winners in total.

Each of the 4 names drawn will win a £50 Amazon Gift Card.

General conditions

The decisions of Cuvva with respect to all aspects of a Reward are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries and/or entrants.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain a reward by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other method, will void that entrant’s participation; also, that entrant may be disqualified.

Use of any automated system or service to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorised account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The ‘authorised account holder’ is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the address submitted.

Cuvva reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Official Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problem, or in light of any other circumstances affecting the proper administration of a reward as contemplated in these Official Rules.

By entering the prize draw, each entrant expressly consents to Cuvva, its agents and/or representatives storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with their entry, enrollment information and survey responses in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
