With Christmas fast approaching, we are more than excited to announce Cuvva’s first ever 12 Days of Christmas competition, full of festive wins for car lovers (and even those who are not!).
To take part, head over to our Instagram page, give us a follow and like our competition posts. There will be one post going live every day from Dec 13 to 24 - so you have 12 different chances to win!

The promoter is: Cuvva Ltd (company no 08907985) whose registered office is at Senna Building, 6th Floor, WeWork, Gorsuch Pl, London E2 8JF.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over that hold a temporary or full drivers licence, except employees of Cuvva Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entrants are allowed to make multiple entries per person.
One winner will be awarded each day. Prizes may differ to those advertised subject to availability:

The entrant must be following Cuvva on Instagram and like the post related to the individual competition in order to enter as well as tag a friend in the comments. For extra entries, the entrant has the option to share the promoter’s post of the competition to their story. Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram by the official Cuvva account after the closing of competition (last entry by midnight 24th of December 2021, winners will be announced and contacted by the 7th of January 2022 ).
All valid entries collected on each day of the giveaway will be entered into the draw for the respective day's prize, with one winner being selected at random, except for day 12 where two winners each win a £100 Cuvva discount.
The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period. Winners will be required to respond to the notification within 72 hours of initial contact to confirm eligibility. If a winner fails to respond within the timeframe they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant selected.
The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter: contain any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner; defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners); or promotes any political agenda.
The Prize is only as stated in Part 6 of the Terms and Conditions. No alternative to the Prize will be offered, nor is there any cash equivalent. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter will take responsibility for delivering the Prize to the address supplied by the winning entrant.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw. If a winner does not want their name to be published they should inform Cuvva Ltd. when accepting their prize.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering this competition, you are providing us with consent to process your data for the purpose of the promotion. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact support@cuvva.com. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the prize draw.
The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
