Currently, all our support takes place online rather than over the phone. From experience, we have determined that things take longer to resolve over the phone than online. If you are already logged into the App, we have access to all your personal details so can often predict the issue you may be contacting us about before you’ve even asked a question!
Our average response time is currently 2 minutes – we then aim to answer your question or resolve your issue soon after. The speed with which we can do this then means the team can assist more customers in a shorter space of time.
