You can also get in touch by tapping the profile button in the top-left of the screen, and then tapping "Chat to customer support" in the "Support" section of that menu.
Underneath that, you can tap "Previous chats" to check back on old conversations you've had with our customer support teams.
Cuvva's an insurance broker, not an underwriter. If you need to make a claim or report an incident, you'll usually need to speak to the underwriter of your policy.
You can also get in touch with us through the app, and we'll give you the number you need to call.
But if you've got a medical emergency on your hands, you should speak directly to the underwriter. As with our car insurance, you can find the underwriter's contact number in your policy documents. And you can get in touch with us to get the right phone number if you don't have access to your policy documents.
