You don’t need to print your documents - having them on your phone is fine! But you might want to make sure your phone is charged while you’re driving, just in case you need to show that you’re insured for any reason.
If you want to see what is and isn’t covered, or if you have any other questions about your policy, you can check your documents in the app before you buy your cover.
Just select “policy and terms” on the payment screen.
You’ll get a “policy certificate” as part of your policy documents. This also counts as your receipt and proof of purchase.
We don’t charge VAT, so we can’t give VAT receipts.
If you can’t access your policy documents, we can send you another copy.
